Accepting an App Transfer

Before you can accept the App Transfer you will need to be notified by Apple, either trough an email or by a notice in your App Store Connect environment.

Accepting the transfer involves five steps, after which the process continues for up to two business days. During the continuation the app will be visible in your environment (with the "Processing App Transfer" status).

After this period the app will be transferred and ready to be submitted on your organization's behalf.

Locating the transfer

  1. Log in to your App Store Connect environment using the Team Agent's credentials

  2. Navigate to the Agreements page (see the screenshot below)

Make sure you log in as the Team Agent. Only the Team Agent is able to review and accept the transfer agreements.

Entering Transfer information

1. On the Agreements page, you should see an item in the App Transfers section, click on Review next to it (see screenshot below)

2. Afterwards use the information below to help fill in the form:

Some fields are not visible in the form, you can skip those fields

3. Scroll down and make sure you've checked "I have read and agreed to the terms presented above", after which you can click on Accept in the top right-hand corner

Finishing up

Congratulations, you've now finalized the transfer 🎉

After 1-2 business days the app should be completely transferred, allowing The Others Online to keep updating and submitting your incrowd on your organization's behalf.
