Regarding App Transfers
Shortly after the arrival of iOS12, Apple changed their agreements around the Developer Accounts. One of those changes made it impossible for The Others Online to release incrowd on behalf of your organisation from our Developer Account. To remedy this—Apple requires The Others Online to release your incrowd from your own Developer Program.
For existing incrowds however, this means also transferring the app itself from the App Store (including all related information and metadata) to your Developer Program.
An App Transfer requires an organization to be enrolled into Apple's Developer Program. Follow these steps if you need to enroll your organization before continuing with the App Transfer.
The process of an App Transfer is straightforward and requires little to no action on your behalf. During and after the transfer itself, your incrowd will remain available in the stores with no downtime.
